Research Tool
Reconstitution calculator.
Determine the exact syringe draw for a target dose based on vial concentration and diluent volume. Built for researchers who need precision, not guesswork.
How the math works
Step 1
Concentration = total peptide (mcg) ÷ diluent volume (mL). This gives you the strength of your reconstituted solution.
Step 2
Draw volume = target dose (mcg) ÷ concentration (mcg/mL). This is the exact volume to draw into the syringe.
Step 3
Syringe units = draw volume (mL) × 100, since a standard U-100 insulin syringe reads 100 units per mL.
